We are currently accepting players born between 8/1/1996 and 7/31/2006.
Credit Card Option Available
Parents choosing to pay with credit card with be charged an extra 3% convenience fee.

Standard Fall REC Fees
- $ 50.- per player to register
Optional Fees
- $ 25.- per player for uniform - jersey, shorts and socks; all players must have BYSA navy/white striped uniform
- $ 20.- per player if accepted to NW District League team ( U10 - U14 only ). Charged in August.
Late Fees
- $ 15.- per player will be charged to those who register after June 15th.
Registration Discounts
We have introduced several cost saving initiatives for families to take advantage of this year.
- Free and Reduced Lunch Refund :
$25 registration refund per player for families who families who qualify. Documentation required. Available through June 15, 2010.
- Large Family Discount : Only first 3 children will be charged the $50.- registration fee.
4th child and above have registration fee waived.
NOTE: To receive this discount, all players must be signed up at the same time.
Discounts above DO NOT cover cost of uniform.

Fall Season Specifics
- Registration for the Fall season starts in late April / early May.
- All players must own BYSA uniform kit. May use last years if desired (Navy/White striped)
- Last day to request Free & Reduced Lunch Discount is June 15th.
- Placement on a team is guaranteed through July 1st.
- After July 1st applications are accepted on a 1st come, 1st serve basis
- Roster spots are assigned if available, otherwise late signees will be wait-listed.
- Players will be contacted on or before August 1st by their coaches
- U6 - U8 teams are all co-ed
- All U10 - U14 teams play in non-BYSA leagues, e.g. Hillboro's TVYSL or NW District League
- Players on NW Distrtict League teams will be charged additional $20.-
- Practices usually begin the 1st week of August
- Games for U8 - U14 teams begin the Saturday after Labor Day
- The Fall season ends based on age-group & league
- U6 : mid-October
- U8 : mid/late October
- U9 : late October
- U10 - U14 : early/mid November
- Each team will play 8 - 10 games per season, usually 1 game per week on Saturdays
Payment Options
BYSA no longer accepts cash payments of any kind. Instead, you now have the following options:

- E-Check
- Credit : MasterCard or VISA
For credit card payments, the 3% convenience fee will be passed on to you from our processing company should you choose this option.
